Our Dedicated Internet service is powered by our own fiber-optic network and delivered directly to end customers, ensuring end-to-end connectivity quality and performance.
The service is supported by connections to three Tier 1 international providers through the NAP of the Americas in Miami, as well as local interconnections in Panama. Multiple network nodes distributed across the country provide additional redundancy and resilience.
Service quality is backed by a Carrier-Class Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring high availability, reliability, and operational efficiency. All services can be delivered through Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) or 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10 GigE) interfaces.
Service Overview
Dedicated Internet Access provides customers with a guaranteed and exclusively allocated bandwidth capacity to connect their Local Area Networks (LANs) to the public Internet.
Unlike shared services, bandwidth is reserved solely for the customer, ensuring consistent performance regardless of usage levels. Service is delivered at the contracted speed—not “up to” a specified speed—and is supported by uptime and performance commitments defined in the SLA.
