01-Design

Four-story dedicated facility with 1,160 m² of initial data hall space and expansion capacity to double its footprint. Built with reinforced, anti-seismic construction.

02-Electrical

Six UPS branches: Three 500 kVA UPS branches for IT load / Three 600 kVA UPS branches for mechanical load. All with continuous battery monitoring.

03-Redundancy

N+1 distributed parallel redundancy, supported by three 1,650 kW generators with a total diesel autonomy of 40+ hours. Cooling operates in an N+1 configuration.

04-Power supply

10 MVA medium-voltage (34.5 kV) service drop.

05-Energy efficiency

Indirect free cooling optimized for Bogotá’s environmental conditions.
Design PUE: 1.4 at full load.

06-Monitoring

Honeywell BMS for full electromechanical infrastructure and high-definition CCTV with facial recognition.

07-Fire protection

VESDA early detection and NOVEC 1230 clean-agent suppression.

08-Security

Three security checkpoints with biometric + PIN + proximity authentication, 24×7 staffed security and 180-day video retention.
