Four 610 m² data halls (2,440 m² total available) with 0.90 m raised floor and seismic pedestals. Dedicated data center building with reinforced concrete perimeter.

Eight 900 kW UPS units with continuous battery monitoring.

03-Redundancy

2N electrical architecture supported by eight 2,000 kW generators with six-day diesel autonomy. Cooling redundancy includes N+2 controllers and 2N chillers.

04-Power supply

20 MVA medium-voltage (23 kV) service feed.

05-Energy efficiency

KIO Green ecosystem with renewable energy support.

06-Monitoring

BMS monitoring for full electromechanical infrastructure..



07-Security

Two-factor authentication (biometrics + proximity), perimeter concrete walls, 24×7 staffed security and 90-day video retention.

08-Fire protection

VESDA detection, clean-agent suppression, CO₂ for electrical rooms and water-based foam for fuel tanks.
