01-Design

8,000 m² of white floor, including 6,817 m² across eight data halls with 1 m raised floor and seismic pedestals.

02-Electrical

Thirty-two 600 kVA UPS units with continuous battery monitoring.

03-Redundancy

2N power distribution supported by twelve 2,400 kW generators with diesel autonomy of seven days. Cooling operates in a highly redundant configuration.

04-Power supply / Service drops

Three service drops: two 7.5 MVA (independent paths: underground + aerial) for critical loads, plus a 2 MVA feed for general services.

05-Energy efficiency

Design PUE: 1.6 using indirect and direct free cooling with renewable energy (KIO Green).

06-Monitoring

BMS monitoring for all electromechanical infrastructure.

07-Fire protection

VESDA, manual stations, audiovisual alerts, double-interlock preaction, and clean-agent suppression systems.

08-On-site operations

24×7×365 operations team, advanced NOC and continuous infrastructure supervision.
