01-Design

Seven data halls totaling 5,166 m², with 0.90 m raised floor and seismic pedestals. Dedicated data center building with reinforced concrete perimeter.

02-Electrical

Twenty 750 kVA UPS units with continuous battery monitoring.

03-Redundancy

2N electrical architecture supported by twelve 2,000 kW generators with autonomous fuel capacity of seven days. Cooling includes 52 units with 10 redundant.

04-Power supply

Two medium-voltage 14 MVA (34.5 kV) service drops.

05-Energy efficiency

KIO Green ecosystem with renewable energy and indirect free cooling. Design PUE: 1.7.

06-Monitoring

BMS monitoring for the entire electromechanical infrastructure.

07-Fire protection

VESDA detection, audiovisual alerts, manual stations, and double-interlock preaction system

08-Security

Five authentication points (biometric + proximity), 24×7 staffed security and 90-day video retention.
